How are these files formatted?
All Polished Photographer template files were created in Photoshop CS4 and should be compatible with recent versions of Photoshop. Files are delivered as .psd file type. Template files are not compatible with Photoshop Elements at this time. Card template files are formatted to WHCC's specifications. All others are formatted as specified in the product descriptions. How will I receive my template files?
Upon checkout, you will be forwarded to an automatic download page for the files you have purchased. You will be permitted one successful download. If you are unable to download your files at the time of purchase, you can come back anytime within thirty days of your purchase, log into your Polished Photographer account, and download your files.Once you have successfully downloaded your purchased files, they will no longer be available via The Polished Photographer web site. Please be sure to back up your files once you have completed your download.

Is the language included?
All basic language is included with your templates. Exceptions are things that are very specific to an individual photographer, like the "About Me" page of a brochure. Other than these very specific areas that must be customized by each individual photographer, text is included with your template purchase.

Can I change the colors and formats?
Yes. These templates are designed to be easily edited and altered to meet each photographer's specific needs. They are extensively layered to allow for maximum customization.

What about the fonts?
In the vast majority of cases, we use either free or common fonts for our templates to make it easier for you to use them. In the event that we have used a paid font, we include a rasterized layer, as well as an editable layer, allowing you to either use the text exactly as it appears (for example, "Happy Holidays" on a holiday card) or select your own substitution font and change the text.
